After starting her career at Hearst Digital Media and serving as a creative director for a top influencer, Laura saw a need for management that prioritizes genuine connection, long-term growth, and creative synergy. A fearless entrepreneur and skilled connector, she blends strategy, content creation, conflict resolution, and career mentorship to help clients thrive both professionally and personally. Laura holds a dual degree in TV Performance and Theatre Arts with a Marketing minor from the University of Miami, and outside of work, she’s a former opera singer, fitness enthusiast, mom to baby Drew and Golden Doodle Charli, and a passionate leader dedicated to building a supportive community.
